We have complete complement of engineers and estimators available to design and price you custom wood structure projects. HOW WE BUILD
Conceptual Design Services:
We work with all concerned parties to develop creative ideas into a conceptual design. We discuss such thing as layout, species of wood, connection hardware, and the general feel of the project that is desired.
There are a select few that specialize in heavy timber structures. We are one of the few focus specifically in this area.
This know-how is another reason we have had the opportunity to assist clients locally, nationally and internationally.
Estimating/ Engineering Design/Detailing
Our Estimating Department assembles all the design information and establishes a budget estimate for the project.
Our engineering department insures the design works and creates a set of drawings from which our fabricators and installers work. Their expertise in timber design and connection hardware turns the design concept into a reality. It's this expertise that is in demand with architects, engineers, building contractors, and home owners.
CNC Fabrication
Our fabrication department puts all the components of the project together using state of the art CNC Machines. This equipments drill holes and makes precision cuts for simple and complex angles, as well as decorative ends and slots for hidden steel hardware. This translates to more precise fitting material and less installation time on the job site, resulting in cost savings to the project.
All this takes place in the clean environment of our facility and not on a dirty job site. So when the material arrives at the job site you can be sure that it's in the best possible condition for installation

We are the wood structures design, engineering, and fabrecation experts (wood structures which include lumber, timber and mass timber structures). We have been the choice of architects, engineers, and building contractors for commercial and residential wood structures projects for over 58 years. We implement the latest technological advances into our design and fabrication processes while still incorporating traditional craftsmanship to create a one of a kind wood structure.
What sets us apart from other companies is our ability to provide professional services for each phase of the design/build process. We will walk through each phase of the process starting with the early conceptual design, followed by a budget estimate for your project, followed by the engineering/drafting work, followed by the material fabrication, and finally delivery the kits to jobsite and ready for installlation.
For contractors who are not comfortable doing their own wood structures installation we offer installation services.
We really are unlike any other company in the business. We provide a single source for all the needed services associated with a quality wood structure projects.
